The location in a cute area was marvelous and stunning. Truly enjoyed our rooms with two beds.

The hotel boasts a central location, making it convenient for exploring popular sights and shopping at Union Square. the rooms are comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained, with modern design elements. Additionally, the hotel provides excellent service and amenities such as charging plugs and a sofa bed.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Just around the corner are all the important shops and the Cable Car Station is right on the main street.

The rooms are very small. Rather build a smaller wardrobe and gain more sleeping space. . We hardly had room to spread out our two big suitcases. Besides, our view wasn't really a view. We looked into a small alley and a wall.

The staff was excellent. Very well trained, knowlegable, accomidating individuals.The rooms were very modern given the age of the hotel. They were comfortable and clean. Very quiet for the most part.

There wasn't an ice machine. We had to ask the front desk for ice. They were very quick bringing it to us but it would have been muck easier to get it ourselves.

The bed was particularly uncomfortable, had back pain afterwards

Got a room that was always super clean and had plenty of space in the closet. Loved the ceiling fan that kept the room cool, and the king bed was a dream to sleep in! All this for just £232 💸.

We enjoyed to stay at the hotel right in the city center of San Francisco, next to Union Square, convenient location for shopping, gourmand and sight seeing. Furthermore, hotel staff are friendly and helpful for making our stay comfortable.
